General Conditions

WHO IS COVERED: Our warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

WARRANTY PERIOD: Unless otherwise specified we offer 12 months warranty on all products.

WHAT IS COVERED: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials including (but not limited to): Mechanism, Frame, Foam, Comfort layers, Springs, Power components, Handle, Hardware, Fabric, Stitching.

EXCLUSIONS: We do not offer a warranty on products used for commercial purposes. Minor imperfections, cosmetic flaws, animal damage and damage caused by the sun are not covered. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear is not covered.

WEIGHT LIMITS: Unless otherwise specified the weight limit for all products is 120kgs.

REPAIR / REPLACE / REFUND: We reserve the right to repair or replace either parts of a defective item or the item in its entirety. In the instance a replacement item is not available we will offer you an alternative or a refund.

Note: Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period. We reserve the right to charge additionally for, or deduct from a refund, the cost of shipping wherever deemed appropriate. Customers may be responsible for the removal of the faulty product if disposal is required.

Specific to beds

BODY CONTOURING

Our mattresses are designed to contour to your body shape. This helps reduce pressure points and will give you a healthier night’s sleep. Most people tend to sleep in the same/similar position each night, it is normal for your mattress to show impressions in these areas, the contouring on the weightier areas of your body (from hips to the shoulders) will be more noticeable and is expected.

To increase the longevity of your mattress, it is recommended you rotate your mattress regularly, about 2-4 times a year.

Rotation Instructions:

Grasp the mattress corners and spin the mattress clockwise 180 degrees across the base.

This Warranty / Guarantee does not cover:

Mattress fabric including stains, soiled or burns.
Normal Body Contouring (less than 35mm).
Damaged or torn handles: These should only be used to position the mattress and cannot be used to support the full weight and carry the mattress.
Border wires, which run along the perimeter of the mattress and foundation, bent due to moving or bending the mattress
Bed height.
Comfort preference, or any adjustments to comfort layers.
Heat issues.
Damage due to abuse.
New mattress material odour.
Mattress damage due to inappropriate base.
Minor manufacturing anomalies that do not impact the performance of the bed. (e.g., mis-stitching on quilting).

Note: We make no medical or health claims regarding our beds. Discomfort from back or joint problems, allergies or other pre-existing conditions are not covered under this warranty.
